In terms of choosing Hemp Spectrum+™ or HEMP Excel+™, we recommend starting with a lower dosage at first if you’ve never taken a Whole Plant Hemp Extract before and then you can always work your way up in dosage!

For fastest delivery, we recommend inserting Hemp Oil directly under your tongue and letting it absorb for several seconds before swallowing. Exposure to the Mucosa membrane offers quick delivery to the system. Alternative methods of delivery include the use as food or beverage additives, however sublingual applications under the tongue are most efficient and effective.

Hemp Oil Tinctures offer a fast delivery, and the flexibility to use oil droppers to adjust your dosage in a more customized method. If taste is a concern, you may wish to try Procana Hemp Capsules as an alternative.
